Used powder coating plant built in 2006

A powder coating system built in 2006 is available from one of our customers.

The system consists of the following units:

A 5-stage pre-treatment tunnel with a RIELLO methane gas burner. Tunnel stages: phosphodegreasing no. 1, phosphodegreasing no. 2, rinse with mains water, rinse with demineralised water, silane passivation. The heating for the hot stages is provided by heat exchange coils fired with diathermic oil.

A drying oven with 1 diathermic oil-fired heat generator.
A curing oven, with 2 diathermic oil-fired heat generators
N° 01 WAGNER automatic powder coating booth with a powder recovery system and 2 automatic stations
N° 01 WAGNER manual powder coating booth with a powder recovery system and 2 manual stations
Powder application equipment with reciprocators and guns
A box profile overhead monorail conveyor with 45 mm-diameter bearings, equipped with 2 drive units
A general electric control panel with a PLC
A diathermic oil production boiler with a methane gas burner.

Area covered by the plant: 55 x 25 metres (approx.)
