Used powder coating plant built in 2000

A powder coating system built in 2000 is available from one of our customers.
The plant is in excellent condition and has the following general characteristics:

• Internal useful dimension: 800 W x 2200 H
• Maximum workpiece dimension on the load bar: 600 W x 3500 L x 2000 H
• Design speed: 5 m/1’
• Plant productivity: 82 load bars/hour
• Load bar capacity: 250 kg
• Type of overhead conveyor: “Conveyors” power & free
• Treated components: contract coating service

The system consists of the following units:

• A stainless steel 9-stage pre-treatment tunnel
• A demineraliser
• A drying oven with a storage buffer
• A curing oven with a storage buffer
• N° 02 automatic powder coating booths with manual touch-up stations, complete with a cyclone and a cartridge filter
• Powder application equipment with reciprocators and automatic + manual guns
• A general electric control panel.

The system is currently assembled and can be viewed upon arrangement.

This plant is suitable for powder coating parts with a size in line with contract coating requirements.
